How my commission progress goes!
After you submit a form, please wait for me to respond/email you first before attempting to send me anything. Once I reach a form, I will send out invoices, along with a notification email stating such.

(Please do note: depending on the amount of forms I could already have, it can take me any time from several days to a week before I can respond back to you, if not a bit longer. Please do keep this in mind. For a public reference of slots, I do keep a list of my queue most often updated on my Trello. I still tend to have my slots fill up enough to a point where this has to be a mentioned factor.)

Once I've received your payment, (with the exception of Doodle Sheets) I will then email you a progress sketch as soon as I can. From there, after I happen to received your approval (or otherwise work and revise sketches to eventually earn it), I will continue to work on it, then send you a final product when it is complete. Again, time all depends on my queue/your responses, and life in general, but I've commonly been able to hand out a finished product within a week or receiving payment. I am always sure to notify commissioners if/when I possibly am to be in a position where I won't be able to work on their commission accordingly for some time.

About edits/revisions
When I send you a progress sketch, please do let me know if you have any questions, or at least if something needs/would like to be changed. At the sketch phase is where it is MOST convenient and easier for me to try to change something drastic, such as expressions, gestures, poses, etc.
Up to four times will I allow drastic to make edits where requested at the sketch phase. However, if it goes past that, I will start charging a slight fee for anymore major changes.

Once a finished piece is presented, colors are typically a simple fix, assuming I get a marking wrong or missing. But if something including outline needs to be changed drastically, I can already say for certain it a likely a fee will be charged for edits there as well.

Help me help you! - Please fill out your forms!

This section is upped in letter size for a reason. Please please please, I cannot ever stress this enough: FULLY fill out my commission forms with ALL of the information I ask of you, AS WELL AS everything you would want me to know. On a numerous number of occasions now, I have received forms that are either incomplete or intentionally left 'partially filled' with intended commissioners stating they'd like to email me at a later time with remaining information. Please do not do this. It helps me immensely when I have all the information I need, let alone all information I need in one place, to work from.
-If your worry comes from needing to send me images not publicly submitted anywhere, private Imgur/Dropbox links are absolutely still a way to go with me.
-If other reason for this is because you are at work, school, or anywhere else not quite as "convenient" or easy to submit all necessary information for at the time of you trying to submit a form: while I do genuinely understand the sentiment, please do not do this still. There is no need to try to "claim" or "reserve" a spot. My commissions are not limited. And depending on when you happen to submit a form according to others, it could take me quite some time to manage to get back to you anyway. I would much rather have everything on one piece as opposed to needing to wait some time for more vital information.

In the event that I do still see intentionally-incomplete forms (again, forms that explicitly say/imply "I will send you refs/details/etc. on a different platform later", etc. etc.), while I will not remove your form, I will very likely "take my time" before I try to eventually reach out to you to make contact for further information. Whether it's another one or several days. I may likely first insist on catering to other who have given me full information to work off of first before then going to you after that initially-set queue.

I know this is mean, but I genuinely do prefer things a certain way for a very good reason. I also continue to repeat this because I do find it very vital.

And while I don't "disallow" idea changes by the time I do get a chance to email you, I do appreciate it if you can stick with whatever idea you may have sent me upon submitting a form. (With the way I tend to work, there is a reason why do I ask that you do specify your ideas, vs. just having you grabbing a slot/not yet give me details.)

Last notes about my art/service!
I reserve the right to deny any commission requests I may receive. Be it time constraint, inability to portray certain ideas, my general comfort with working on certain subjects, etc.

Please know; when you send in a form to me, you are not obligated to fall through sending payment to go through with a commission in the end. If at any point before I happen to email you up to when I send you an email notifying of your sent invoice; you'd like to cancel, for whatever reason that may come, simply let me know and it will be no problem. I'll simply cancel your sent-out invoice, take your name off from my Trello, and bid you a good day!

Only after you send payment will refunds be partially returned, depending on up to how much of your piece I happened to have worked up to. (And it will still be in accordance to my commission prices anyhow. Example: if you paid for a shaded colored sketch [$50], I give the progress sketch, then after some time you find want to cancel the commission, I will keep $20 to compensate for the sketch, but will refund the remaining $30.)

And overall, please do know that I reserve all rights to my artwork. Unless otherwise asked for privacy by appropriate commissioners, my pieces are for my personal use with any self-edits, posts on websites, use for examples with commission advertisements, etc.
(The characters in said pieces, though, are of course property of respective owners.)
